Adult Attachment Interview
"I had an excellent experience working with Dr Zack towards an AAI assessment. With timely and clear communication from the start, Dr Zack was always available to answer questions honestly and with empathy, so I felt at ease. During the AAI, I felt able to answer honestly and transparently due to the safe space that had been created. When I received the AAI results, Dr Zack was on hand to offer guidance and the most compassionate encouragement. Dr Zack is an empathic and kind therapist. I can tell he truly cares; he is clearly an expert in his field with a heart to help people do this generational healing work. Highly recommend and will recommend to friends and family here in the UK."
Self-Paced Courses
"As a trauma specialist often working in the areas of CPTSD and attachment traumas, I was thrilled to find Dr. Zack as both a therapist and trainer in the Three Pillars therapy and the Ideal Parent Figure IPF protocol. Zack offers detailed and knowledgeable discussion of attachment theory, screening methods and the skillful delivery of the IPF protocol. His teachings are clear and delivered in a grounded and present manner. I highly recommend him as a therapist, supervisor and trainer."
Integrative Attachment Therapy
"Zack is a kind, attuned, empathic therapist. I've been working with him using Ideal Parent Figure protocol for a few years now, and it has changed my life for the better, more so than any other modality/system I've used. Zack has a very unique skillset, due to his IPF training, attachment theory expertise, and meditation background. Highly recommend."

"Addiction, therefore, can be viewed as an attachment disorder. Since it is biologically impossible to regulate our own affect for any extended period of time, individuals who have difficulty establishing emotionally regulating attachments are more inclined to substitute drugs and alcohol for their deficiency in intimacy." - Flores.
Because of a person's difficulty maintaining emotional closeness with others, certain vulnerable individuals are more likely to turn to drugs and alcohol as a substitute for that consistent, soothing attachment figure. Join us as we explore addiction as a an attachment disorder and the effective treatment from an attachment perspective
